Sr. Branch Manager / Branch Manager/Acting Branch Manager:

 

Job Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

Achievement of stores sales target, as given by respective AM/Ops Head.

Responsible to drive business with the support of sales staff in the store.

Ensure that staff is customer oriented and presentable, at all times.

Ensure strict grooming standards followed by all the team members at the store.

Responsible for on the job training of all the team members at the store.

Guide sales staff to ensure proper product display and positioning.

Responsible for EOL products liquidation on daily basis.

To ensure all company SOPs are followed at store level.

Responsible for in/out movement of stores - new stock / defective or returnable items.

Responsible for security and safety of stock, cash & infrastructure / all items in charge / on inventory of the respective store.

Responsible to deposit of sales cash with the bank.

Ensure availability of updated price-list, at all times.

Monitor attendance and punctuality of stores staff.

Ensure timely opening & closing of store / outlet, as per the set timings.

Ensure proper scheduling of weekly-off for the sales staff in the store so as to facilitate proper coverage on a daily basis.

Handle customer complaints and issues. Daily feedback to AM/Ops head on the same.

Stock Intend and co-ordination with warehouse.

Branch Accountant:

g) Debtors - Customers Outstanding/Finance Outstanding

Payment Receipts - Advance Receipt & Balance Receipt

Daily/Monthly Expense Report

Contra & Reconciliation of all branch & division ledgers.

Stock Audit

Placement of Price Tags/Lists

Cash Deposit/Management

Business Manager/Area Manager:

 

Job Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

Achievement of sales and profitability targets of the stores.

To obtain information about customers, competitors, market in general and updating the Business/Operation heads on same.

Store level vendor management.

Ensure availability of minimum required stock / minimum inventory level in the stores.

To provide inputs on training needs of stores staff. Providing guidance as well as monitoring the implementation of ‘personal action plan' created after training, for each employee in store.

Ensuring high level of motivation & customer orientation of store staff, at all times. Liaison with HO to resolve individual / professional problems, if any, of the employees functioning from the stores.

On the job training to the stores staff on job skills as well as soft skills. Also, ensuring proper induction of new joinee / trainee.

Providing inputs on new products and assisting in promotional activities, as required.

Ensure availability of updated pricing details with the Branch Managers. Educate the stores staff on review of prices, as on occurrence.

Ensure that store operations and administration is as per the SOPs.

Timely and regular update to Business/Operations head on all critical activities/issues.

To regularly update & educate the stores staff on company policies and procedures so as to ensure adherence of same by all concerned.

Ensure strict grooming standards followed by all the team members at the store.

Responsible for EOL products liquidation on daily basis.

Monitor attendance and punctuality of stores staff of assigned territory.

Timely management and follow ups of defective stocks.
