Job Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
Achievement of stores sales target, as given by respective AM/Ops Head. |
Responsible to drive business with the support of sales staff in the store. |
Ensure that staff is customer oriented and presentable, at all times. |
Ensure strict grooming standards followed by all the team members at the store. |
Responsible for on the job training of all the team members at the store. |
Guide sales staff to ensure proper product display and positioning. |
Responsible for EOL products liquidation on daily basis. |
To ensure all company SOPs are followed at store level. |
Responsible for in/out movement of stores – new stock / defective or returnable items. |
Responsible for security and safety of stock, cash & infrastructure / all items in charge / on inventory of the respective store. |
Responsible to deposit of sales cash with the bank. |
Ensure availability of updated price-list, at all times. |
Monitor attendance and punctuality of stores staff. |
Ensure timely opening & closing of store / outlet, as per the set timings. |
Ensure proper scheduling of weekly-off for the sales staff in the store so as to facilitate proper coverage on a daily basis. |
Handle customer complaints and issues. Daily feedback to AM/Ops head on the same. |
Stock Intend and co-ordination with warehouse. |

To ensure all company SOPs are followed at store level. |

Stock Intend and co-ordination with warehouse. |
a) Experience in Sourcing and Handling Purchases of Software requirement. |
b) Experience in investigating and diagnosing software related problems etc. |
c) Effective communication internally with all departments and users. |
d) Should have in-depth knowledge of SAP B1 (HANA). |
e) Should know Functions Routine and Report Extractions etc. in SAP B1 (HANA). |
f) Should have hand on experience in Query based and Crystal report development. |
g) Exposures to Add on modules supporting SAP B1 (HANA) will have added advantage. |
h) Knowledge of ISO: 9000 systems is desirable. Effective co-ordination with vendors for maximum uptime of the SAP system and prepare daily report. |
i) Ensure safety & security of data with effective backup system. |
j) Good at trouble shooting and problem solving with high level of service. |
h) Check and control on CCTV’s access. |
Male/Age-30 years/Experience-2-3 years: |
a) Experience of independently handling SAP B1 (HANA) Software and Database. |
b) Willing to travel to all locations of the company including plants and offices etc. as and when required. |
c) Experience in handling SAP B1 (HANA) Software and Database. |
d) Should have in-depth knowledge of SAP B1 (HANA). |
e) Worked in SAP B1 environment. |
f) Should have hand on experience in Query based and Crystal report development. |
g) Should be familiar with SAP Functions Routine and Report Extractions etc. |
