Terms and Conditions for Influencer Collaborations
1. Content Creation:
○ The influencer is required to create original content that promotes Unilet Offers.
○ The content should focus on promotional offers provided by Unilet.
○ The influencer has creative freedom but must ensure the content is respectful and does not harm the reputation of any individuals or brands.
2. Approval Process:
○ All content must be submitted for approval before publication.
○ Unilet reserves the right to request revisions to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
3. Timeline:
○ The promotional period is decided by Unilet and can be changed anytime by the Brand.
○ Content must be shot, edited, and ready for approval
○ The influencer must inform Unilet of the scheduled date and time for the video shoot in advance.
4. Promotion:
○ The influencer will post the approved content on their social media platforms as specified in the brief.
○ The influencer must use the designated hashtags and tag the official Unilet accounts in all posts.
5. Compensation:
○ Payment terms, including the amount and payment schedule, will be cleared within 5 working days after the invoice is submitted. (saturday, sunday is off) (kindly share the invoice on the same day when the reel goes live.)
○ Compensation will be provided upon successful completion and approval of the deliverables.
6. Compliance :
○ The influencer must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including advertising standards and disclosure requirements.
○ Any sponsored content must be clearly marked as such in accordance with relevant guidelines.
7. Exclusivity :
○ During the collaboration period, the influencer must not promote competing brands or products without prior written consent from Unilet.
8. Confidentiality :
○ The influencer must keep all collaboration details, including compensation, confidential unless otherwise agreed upon.
9. Termination :
○ Unilet reserves the right to terminate the collaboration if the influencer fails to meet the agreed-upon terms or engages in conduct that could negatively impact Unilet’s reputation.
10. Indemnification:
○ The influencer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Unilet from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the influencer’s breach of these terms and conditions or misconduct.
11. Intellectual Property:
○ All content created for this collaboration will be jointly owned by the influencer and Unilet, with Unilet having the right to use the content for marketing and promotional purposes.
12. Contact Information:
○ For any queries or concerns, the influencer can contact the designated Unilet representative provided in the brief.
By participating in this collaboration, the influencer agrees to adhere to these terms and conditions.
